Marshall A. Lerner is managing partner of the law firm of Kleinberg & Lerner, LLP and has been with the firm since its inception in 1985. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering cum laude from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1962. He obtained his Juris Doctor with Honors from George Washington University in 1965, and has been practicing in the area of intellectual property law since 1965. He was previously an examiner in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and a patent advisor to the Office of Naval Research.
