Marvin H. Kleinberg is an equity partner of the firm. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Physics from U.C.L.A. in 1949, and his Juris Doctor from U.C. Berkeley (Boalt Hall) in 1953, and has been practicing in the area of intellectual property law since 1954.

Marshall A. Lerner is managing partner of the law firm of Kleinberg & Lerner, LLP and has been with the firm since its inception in 1985. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering cum laude from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1962.

Phillip Nulud
Associate

Philip L. Nulud is a senior associate with Kleinberg & Lerner. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering, with a minor in Political Science (concentrating in Law and Public Policy) from the University of Southern California in 2003 and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in 2006. Mr. Nulud specializes in intellectual property law.

Christopher Dugger
Associate

Mr. Dugger is an associate with the firm. He received his Bachelor's of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University in 2001. He received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University in 2005, where he completed a course of study in the Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology Law, as well as serving as the President of the Intellectual Property Society. Mr. Dugger has done extensive work with domestic and foreign trademark prosecution as well as patent drafting and prosecution. He is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, all United States District Courts in California, and the state of California.

Ryan S. Pak
Associate

Ryan S. Pak is an associate with the firm. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Riverside (UCR) in 2001. He received his Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis in Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems from UCR in 2003. He received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in 2008. Mr. Pak specializes in intellectual property law, focusing on patents, trademarks, and copyright prosecution and litigation. Mr. Pak has assisted clients in preparing and prosecuting provisional patents, non-provisional patents and patents under the USPTO’s accelerated examination program. In addition, he has substantial experience with domestic and foreign trademark prosecution.
